I’m Carl, a Devon-based photographer, working all over the UK and sometimes abroad if I am lucky enough!

I first got into wedding photography many years ago now, through a friend who asked me to capture their big day. What I thought would be a one-off has turned into something much bigger and I couldn’t be happier about it.

My style of photography is documentary-inspired. Sure, there are posed shots (and I love taking those!), but my heart lies in capturing the candid moments. I truly believe that’s where the real magic of the day lives, in those unplanned, genuine interactions between guests, friends, and family. Those moments can’t be replicated in a controlled setting.

I absolutely love what I do. Capturing weddings has become a real passion of mine, and it genuinely feels like a privilege to share such incredible days with each of my couples. I approach every wedding with a fun, creative, and professional attitude.

I’m a people person at heart, I love chatting with guests and getting to know everyone. I find that it helps people feel relaxed around me, which makes for even more natural, unique, and memorable moments.
